We create your unique design by hand in our Atelier. You assemble your own earring, and we make it especially for you in our Atelier in Rosmalen. Each design is unique and crafted with care. Because each earring is made to order, special return conditions apply. When purchasing a “design your own” item, you automatically agree to these terms.
Every earring starts with a post. Will you go for a subtle stud, an elegant hook, or a clip? Your choice sets the foundation of your design: stylish, comfortable, and completely your own. The color of the post determines the color of the earring: gold, silver, or rose-gold.
Want more length, color, or movement? Add one or two connector pieces. They give extra character to your earring, from playful and colorful to calm and refined. A middle element is not mandatory, but it does make an earring extra special.
The final piece of your design. Choose a striking drop, an iconic symbol, or a raw stone. Your choice shows who you are. An end element is mandatory; without it, your earring cannot be completed.
Our jewelry is crafted with special materials, primarily 925 sterling silver. Sometimes we add an extra hook to ensure the element hangs securely and beautifully. As a result, the final length may slightly differ from the example. We also use many natural stones, which can have small variations compared to the image. Our atelier always ensures you receive a matching pair, but please note — the difference is minor, yet part of the craftsmanship.
Also pay attention to the weight of the earring; a piece that's too heavy may not be suitable for everyone. The weight of all individual components is added up and can be found under specifications, but the final weight of the earring may slightly differ from this estimate due to the extra materials we need to use.
Wearable weight for earrings
- Up to ±5 grams per earring: Very comfortable for almost everyone and ideal for daily wear.
- ±5 to 10 grams per earring: Still comfortable for most people. This is a common weight for statement earrings from LOTT. gioielli.
- 10 grams or more per earring: May feel heavy, especially with prolonged wear. At this weight, it’s important to pay attention to balance and support (for example, with EarUps).
- From ±12-15 grams per earring, many women no longer find it pleasant to wear the earring for extended periods. Especially if the earlobe is thinner or more sensitive.
