Return Policy for Custom Earrings

Your earring is handmade in our atelier, based precisely on the design you created. Each piece of jewelry is unique and specially crafted for you. It is made with great care, love, and craftsmanship.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully consider your choices before placing an order. It’s not just a personal creation but also a conscious step towards sustainability. When you order a 'design your own' earring, you automatically agree to the return policy.

Want to return anyway?

Returning a custom earring created via the configurator is possible, but not ideal. To return an earring, it must be completely disassembled. Some materials cannot be reused and must be discarded. This is a waste of the work, the materials, and the environment.

If you still decide to return it, we will charge a €25 fee for disassembly and processing. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit for our webshop, valid for 1 month.

We believe in conscious choices. By carefully considering your design beforehand, you can avoid unnecessary returns, which is better for everyone: for you, for our atelier, and for the planet.
