What is my ring size?
Determining your ring size can be difficult sometimes. LOTT. gioielli is happy to help you to determine your ring size.
Some important aspects when measuring your ring size:
- Every finger is different, so determine in advance on which finger you want to wear the ring.
- Do not measure your ring size when your hands are cold or warm. The could can make your fingers slimmer, while the heat causes your fingers expand.
- Do you want to measure your ring size very accurately? Measure this at two different times in a day. Then you know for sure you've the right size.
Option 1
The easiest way to determine your ring size is to use a well-fitting ring that you already have in your possession. For this you need the ring and a ruler.
1. Take the well-fitting ring and place the inside of the ring on the 0 cm line.
2. Read the milimeters on the other inside.
3. That is your diameter size in milimeters.
Option 2
When you don't have a well-fitting ring in your possession, no problem! Then you can easily use a ribbon to determine your ring size.
1. Loosen the ribbon around your finger.
2. Cut the ribbon at the point where the ribbon meets.
3. The lenght of the ribbon is the circumference of your finger in milimeters.
