However you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase up to 14 days after the invoice date. We will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.
You can return your order using the procedure below. Custom made or engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable. For the earrings, at least one of the two earrings must still be in the sealed packaging to make the item suitable for returning. Please return the item in the original packaging or in alternative, sturdy packaging to prevent damage.
If you have received a free item with your order, you also return it unopened. Have you ordered multiple jewelry and you send one or more items back? Then it applies that the piece of jewelry that you hold must meet the minimum order value of the promotional conditions in order to keep the free item. If this does not, then you must return the free item, otherwise we cannot accept the return shipment.
- All items should be unused and in their original state in order to return an order.
- Put the item in the original packaging or in alternative, sturdy packaging to prevent damage.
- Complete the return form that you can find at the bottom of this page and enclose it with the packaging.
- Close the packaging and seal it carefully.
Remember that the costs and responsibility for returning the item must be paid by you. We advise you to send returns with a track & trace code, as we cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing.
If products are returned used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we cannot accept the return.
Once we have received your return in good order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation stating the amount that you will be receiving from us. After your return has been received, payment will be refunded within 14 days to the account / credit card used to place the order. The purchase amount will be refunded to you. If you return only part of the order the delivery costs will not be refunded. Please note: All costs incurred in returning your order must be paid by you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. We only offer returns and refunds through our webshop. If you wish to exchange an item then we advise you to return the undesired item within 14 days after the invoice date in accordance with the abovementioned conditions and to place a new order for the correct item or size that you require. Alternatively, return the item and purchase the correct item in our Brandstore or at one of our retail outlets.
